Fall is here! Are you ready to up your game?
Why, how and particularly when we choose to get our training sessions in has been debated for years. Plenty of research on the metabolic effects of when we train has advanced over recent time. In my opinion, there is no wrong time to train however, if you have the opportunity to carve time out of your work day - DO IT! Let’s face it, we’re all busy, all the time. If we choose health, wellness and sef-care as a priority, we take the needed time to train, practice good nutrition and recover. It may sound simple but being consistent and making it habit will make all the difference.
