Winter Conditioning


Are you ready to Embark into Winter? Embark fitness launches into the Winter Specific training program every Sunday from 8-9a. Be at your best when taking to the mountain or trail this winter.

Build winter specific strength, endurance and balance during the 1-hour training session. Become bullet proof and fully durable all winter season long. Have the needed confidence to handle any challenge thrown at you.

Focusing on lower body extremities and core, you will build unilateral leg strength, gluteal and core strength. The session includes work on the TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX Rip Trainer and other state-of-the-art functional training tools. Sessions will also include cardiovascular training aiding in your endurance.
