We are excited to embark into our next workshop and thrilled to welcome Marisa Malzone, presenting on Fasting, debunking myths and providing the latest science related to the topic.

Fasting and Hormones- Finding balance

We’ll talk about the different types of fasting, the health benefits, the dangers, and being able to see past the hype and know if and when it’s right for you. We’ll cover how to fast without throwing your hormones out of whack, and most importantly how to make it fit into your life so you can actually feel the benefits.

Marisa Malzone -

Marisa Malzone, Masters of Science in functional nutrition. Her specialty is in addressing the root cause of hormonal imbalance through sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. She is constantly in awe of the innate wisdom of the human body, and believes that everyone has the ability to make powerful shifts in their health and wellbeing using food, movement, and mindset.
