Winter Conditioning Series. (Sold Out) Look for second series in December

  • Embark Fitness 2843 Northwest Lolo Drive Bend, OR, 97703 United States (map)

As winter approaches, prepare your body to hit the snow without missing a beat! The question is will you be ready to take it on and play hard the entire season.

The goal is to become bulletproof throughout the season everyday until the sun goes down, not 1/2 or 3/4 days or when your legs give out! Whether you ski, board, snow shoe, snowmobile, or snow-bike, the Embark team will take your winter strength to the next level and prep you for what’s ahead. The approach is to help reduce injury while on the snow or pre-hab those crucial joints and muscles so to avoid a rehab scenario.

Dynamic knee control, muscle balance between the quads and hamstrings, trunk mobility and core strength, eccentric quad control and foot and ankle mobility and stability are all addressed.  You will gain the needed strength and confidence to approach the most challenging terrain without hesitation or being tentative.
